The Secure Program of the TOEIC SW tests (SP tests) is an examination administered by the Institute for International Business Communication. It is held 24 times per year (once per month, on Saturday or Sunday, in the morning and afternoon). Examinees who have carried out the required application procedure (either a group application or an individual application) take the TOEIC Speaking and Writing tests at a test center specified by the institute.

TOEIC SW tests can be applied online only, through the Internet Services. You can pay the test fee by Japanese-issued credit card or you can pay at a convenience store in Japan. To apply for the TOEIC SW tests, you need a computer capable of reading and displaying Japanese characters.
