Guidelines
Any conduct that disrupts an interview-engaging in violent behavior, using abusive language, causing damage to property, talking about unrelated subjects instead of answering interviewer's questions etc. is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, in order to void any possible misinterpretation, we ban any physical contact between an interviewer and an interviewee beyond a greeting handshake. Failure to comply may result in the following actions-including, but not limited to, (1) warning from the interview or LPI staff, (2) voiding of test results, (3) dismissal from the test, and (4) banning future testing. In order to ensure the sound administration of the test, all interviews will be video recorded. The recorded data will be used to verify the facts if IIBC receives a report from either an interviewer or an interviewee that any of the prohibited conduct described above took place during his/her interview and/or when IIBC finds it neccessary. Please note that since the start of the test, no such case among interviewers and interviewees has been reported.
