The Secure Program of the TOEIC Bridge(SP test) is an examination administered by the TOEIC Steering Committee. It is held four times per year (in March, June, September and November). Examinees who have carried out the required application procedure (either a group application or an individual application) take the TOEIC Bridge at a test center specified by the TOEIC Steering Committee.

Please check the test administration schedule before selecting the test location of your choice. Your test center will be printed on the admission ticket and sent to you after submission of your application.
- *Each test site has several test centers, and your test center will be automatically allocated based on the address given in your application form; thus you can not choose your preferred test center.

There are two kinds of applications.

- *Disability accomodations will be available. Please contact TOEIC Steering Committee.
- ・You will not be allowed to take the TOEIC Bridge if you fail to send in an application form, even if you paid the test fees. Applications are valid only when they are postmarked no later than the day after the deadline. Applications postmarked later than that will be accepted automatically for the next test administration.
- ・We do not refund any test fees once payment is made.
- ・You cannot cancel or reschedule the test once applications are submitted.
- ・You cannot change the name of examinee once applications are submitted.
- ・Please make sure to keep a duplicate copy of the application form (a detached sheet in pink) and a bill of receipt until you receive test results.
- ・If you are under 20 years old, please make sure to apply for the test with the consent of a legal guardian.
- ・If a person under 11 years old wishes to take the test, legal guardian of the subject must make sure to contact the TOEIC Steering Committee before submitting an application.
- ・If you have visual, hearing or orthopedic impairment, please contact the TOEIC Steering Committee before submitting an application. Depending on the circumstances, your application may not be accepted.
You can apply for the TOEIC Bridge online at our website (Japanese) and you can pay the test fee by Japanese-issued credit card or you can pay at a convenience store in Japan.
To apply for the TOEIC Bridge online, you need a computer capable of reading and displaying Japanese characters.

An admission ticket is mailed about 2 weeks in advance of the test date.
Please be sure to check the information on your admission ticket.
If you do not receive your Admission ticket, you must contact the TOEIC Steering Committee in person during the period of inquiry for un-delivered Test Admission tickets, as stated in the schedule (Japanese).
If you do not contact the TOEIC Steering Committee during this period, your absence will be considered a No Show on the test date.
- *If an inquiry is made by a legal guardian of the examinee, we will reply in writing or by telephone using the address or telephone number on the application form, in order to confirm parentage.
